These first 4 lessons get you thinking through some important elements to conside before you begin making your kits. We cover kit fundementals, scale, costs, box design and more.
Module 2: Production
4 Video Lessons (36 mins)
In this module we take you by the hand and show you how to make Grow Kits at scale. We cover production planning and how to maximise production in a limited space. Then we show you how we make our kits including our favourite substrate mix, before sharing some tips for the incubation phase.
Module 3: Logistics & Dispatch
3 Video Lessons (19 mins)
Storing fully incubated kits enables you to keep stock for longer periods of time and in this module we show you 2 ways that we've found enable this. We also walk you through the exact process that we use to dispatch our ecommerce orders, from the shop dashboard through to printed lables ready for the courier to pick up.
Module 4: Marketing
5 Video Lessons (67 mins)
If you want to really scale up your kit sales you're going to need to do some marketing. That might sound scary at first, but in reality it's just a case of understanding who your customers are, what kind of questions/concerns they might have and how to reach and communicate with them in different ways. This module will get you fully up to speed with examples of good & bad growkit marketing, discussions on positioning, pricing, different routes to market and more.
Module 5: E-Commerce
4 Video Lessons (89 mins)
Everything you need to know to successfully grow Oyster mushrooms on straw, coffee grounds or sawdust. We look at all stages in the growing cycle from inoculation to harvest.
